Ordering
online at Tsehai Publishers is quick, simple, and secure. When you
find an item you`d like to add to your shopping bag, simply click the
"add to order" button. If a buy button does not appear on a
product it will be available to order within 30 days of the expected
due in stock date. You always have the option of removing any item
before checking out. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and
American Express and Pay Pal’s eCheck. All payments are made
securely and privately through Pay Pal. Your card or bank statement
will show charges only to Pay Pal.
Shipping Information
Delivery Times
Your
order is processed and shipped within 2 to 3 days of it being
received. It can take up to a week and a half after that for an order
shipped by the regular method to arrive within continental North
America. Priority orders within the US and Canada can be expected to
arrive within four days. For information on International orders,
please visit our International Shipments bellow. Tsehai Publishers is
not responsible for orders that have been lost or damaged by USPS.

the dimensions of your order (must fit in a Global Priority

International shipping
rates:
International
shipping rates vary based on the size of your order and your
location. As a general guide, an order weighing 3 pounds bound
for the UK will cost US$10.00 by Global Priority, US$24.00 by Air
Parcel Post, and US$8.70 by Surface Letter Post. An order weighing 8
pounds bound for the UK will cost US$41.00 by Air Parcel Post,
US$31.00 for Surface Parcel Post, and US$9.90 by Surface M-Bag.
IMPORTANT
NOTE: If your order is shipping Internationally it may be subject
to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches
the destination country. Tsehai Publishers has no control over these
charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Any charge that might
be incurred is the customer`s responsibility. For further information
please contact your local customs office.
Tsehai
Publishers reserves the right to choose alternate shipping methods
for packages and documents to ensure timely delivery to its
customers.
Special
orders:
Our books may be purchased in bulk for educational,
business, or sales promotional use. If you would like to buy an
overly large quantity or make a purchase order, or to learn more
please contact our special sales department at

Backordered Products
Backordered
products will ship when available. Additional shipping charges will
be applied at the time of shipment. We will retain backorders for Out
of Stock and Not Yet Published products for 30 days.
Items
that are not in stock will be available for sale 30 days prior to the
expected due in stock date. Until this time, buy buttons will not
appear on these titles. Please revisit our on-line store closer to
the expected due in stock date to order.
Billing
Along
with your shipment, you will receive an invoice documenting product
charges, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Your invoice
will state that you have prepaid your order by credit card. Your
credit card will not be billed until the product ships.
Sales Tax
Tsehai
Publishers is required to collect state sales tax for orders shipped
to the state of California. Tax will be added at the time of billing.
Returns
Within
30 days of shipment date, you may return the following products, for
any reason, for a full refund (net of shipping costs and sales tax):
Any book in its
original condition (unmarked, not damaged)
Any unopened bundled
product (still in its plastic shrink-wrap)
Please note that
refunds or credits will be given on returns of Value pack purchases
only when all package components are returned together. The product
must be shipped via traceable means with the original invoice
enclosed.
We cannot issue
refunds and will return product for items returned more than 30 days
after shipment date. If invoice or proper documentation is not
enclosed with your return, we will make efforts to locate your
address so that we can return the product properly. Otherwise, we
will have no obligation to refund or return the product.
Privacy Statement
Tsehai
Publishers respects your privacy. We collect only the information
necessary to complete your transaction and communicate with you
regarding your order. Any personal identification information you
submit to us is held in a secure server, and it will never be shared
with a third party for marketing or any other purpose. Tsehai
Publishers occasionally shares customer names and mailing addresses
with our authors and conference organizers. Customer e-mail addresses
and phone numbers are not sold or exchanged at any time.
